Previously, I was a Ph.D student at ETH-Zürich, working on Bitcoin and friends. In my pre-Bitcoin/Bitcoin-curious life, I was an engineer at Google Zürich – working on anti-hijacking and large scale web-browsing. Even earlier, I worked in anti-spam/analytics/web-search startups in Palo Alto, New York City, and Bangalore.
